The location of this hotel is stunning, with rooms facing the lake and providing a breathtaking view of Bellagio. Being right on the main road overlooking the lake, it is also very convenient for taking taxi boats to other towns. The staff here are very friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are basic but have all the necessary amenities, including a double bed and balcony with beautiful views of the lake.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was comfortable and clean, plus in an excellent location overlooking the lake. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and the ferry stop is close by which made other locations easily accessible.

Family-run, excellent service. Stunning views, close to boat navigation and bus stops. Traditional Italian breakfast with a variety of options. Breath-taking view of Bellagio from our room. Good location for exploring other parts of the lake.

The rooms are neat and airy, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is varied, and the location is incredible really close to a very nice restaurant, the lake side and the ferry terminal from Belaggio.
